－ Produce and craft original and usable concepts and art directions in response to creative briefs.

职位说明
1、具有创意以及独立思考能力，最重要的是有良好的文字驾驭能力；
2、在不同的平台根据客户需求，撰写符合品牌理念、符合品牌风格、具有创新意识的文案；
3、在不断完善创意概念和表现形式的同时，完成保证质量和效率的文案
4、 参与负责品牌项目的创意发想，负责创意文案的执行工作；
5、 深谙各种广告文体，基于各种传播形式所需文案特点，洞察及捕捉行业、时事新闻热点进行创意文案。
任职要求
1、 本科及以上学历，有艺术类、新闻传播类、语言文化类专业优先；
2、 1-4年工作经验，有4A广告公司工作经验者优先考虑；
3、 需具备传统广告经验，并且服务过汽车客户优先；
4、 一个有趣的人，精于写作，有好奇心，善于跟踪热点、总结趋势，能在创作中获得快感并具有一定的抗压性；
